1. Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include transit time.
Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times for specific items (e.g., made-to-order or pre-sale items) will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We currently ship to the following regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We may be unable to ship to certain remote locations within these countries, which will be indicated at checkout.
Standard shipping times begin once your order leaves our facility. The estimated transit times are:
United States: 5-10 business days
Canada & Australia: 10-15 business days
United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Returns & Exchanges: Shipping Responsibilities
Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase. For any approved returns or exchanges, shipping responsibilities are as follows:
Our Error (e.g., defective, wrong item sent): We will cover 100% of the shipping costs for the return and the shipment of the replacement item.
Customer-Initiated Return/Exchange (e.g., change of mind, size exchange): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.

5. Shipment Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for and title to the products you purchase pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.).
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or due to a failure to collect the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
